Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Producer role based in Mumbai, requiring on-site presence. The Associate Producer will collaborate with creative teams to oversee the production process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from ideation to delivery. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating between various teams, maintaining budgets, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations. The role demands strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with creative teams and stakeholders
- Experience in digital storytelling and familiarity with creative processes and content production workflows
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address challenges during production
- Passion for culture, music, and creative storytelling
- Proficiency in relevant production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film Production, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
