We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal with expertise in Application Architecture within the DOTNETAZURE domain to lead and drive scalable technology solutions
Job Description
Lead the design and development of robust application architectures leveraging NET and Azure technologies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical strategies aligned with business goals Ensure scalable secure and highperformance application solutions
Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies within the architecture Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to enhance skill sets and delivery quality
Participate in architectural reviews code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability in cloud environments
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and enforce application architecture standards and governance
Lead architectural design sessions and workshops with technical and business stakeholders Collaborate with product owners to align technical roadmaps with business objectives
Oversee the end to end delivery of application solutions ensuring compliance with architectural principles
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Champion cloud adoption strategies focusing on Azure services and infrastructure
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application scalability and maintainability Mentor and coach senior and junior architects and developers within the team Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across teams.
