Hiring: Channel Sourcing Professional / Channel Sales Leader – Noida/Gurugram Real Estate
We are expanding and looking for a high-performing Channel Sourcing Professional (or an experienced Channel Sales Leader) who understands the Noida/Gurugram real estate market and can build a powerful distribution network.
If you have strong broker relationships and know how to drive primary sales through channel partners — we want to talk to you.
📍 Location: Noida/Gurugram
🗓 Working: 5 Days a Week

• Build and scale a strong broker & channel partner network in Noida and Gurugram
• Drive revenue through strategic channel sourcing
• Onboard and manage high-performing brokers
• Create distribution growth strategies
• (For senior candidates) Lead and mentor a sourcing team
