🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Associate Portfolio Manager – Square Connect (Field Sales Specialist)

We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist (Associate Portfolio Manager) to join our Square Connect team—our dedicated platform designed to aggregate and empower the real estate broker ecosystem through cutting-edge technology and exclusive inventory access.

The Role at a Glance
- Position: Associate Portfolio Manager – Square Connect (Field Sales Specialist)
- Experience: 1–7 years of proven experience in Real Estate Channel Sales, Broker Acquisition, or B2B Sales
- Compensation: Up to 9 Lac per annum (based on experience and interview) + Highly lucrative, uncapped performance-based incentive structure
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working Week
- Weekly Offs: Monday & Tuesday (Fixed)

What You Will DoAs part of the Square Connect team, you will be at the forefront of expanding our network. Your core focus will be to:
- Broker Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard local real estate brokers and consultants onto the Square Connect platform.
- Channel Sales: Drive revenue by managing developer channel sales and ensuring high engagement from the onboarded partners.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential B2B leads to build a strong pipeline of channel partners.
- Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between real estate developers and brokers to facilitate property transactions.
- Market Expansion: Conduct field visits to understand local market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduation in any stream (Any Graduate).
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate channel or B2B sales.
- Skills: Strong expertise in Developer Channel Sales and Broker Management , proficiency in lead generation , and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
