Key Responsibilities
1. Remote Quality Inspection
Review and assess plant photos shared by warehouse teams daily.
Identify issues such as damaged leaves, unhealthy growth, pests, soil conditions, incorrect packaging, or plant mismatch.
Approve or reject plants based on internal quality standards.
2. Coordination & Follow-ups
Communicate observations clearly with warehouse staff and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure SOPs are followed consistently during plant selection, grooming, packaging, and dispatching.
Track repeated issues and work with the warehouse manager to avoid recurrence.
3. SOP & Quality Monitoring
Ensure warehouse teams adhere to quality SOPs and maintain plant health standards.
Regularly check on plant growth, grooming practices, and quality of inventory through reports and visual updates.
Maintain a quality checklist and update it based on customer feedback and product performance.
4. Feedback & Reporting
Monitor customer reviews, complaints, and returns to identify quality gaps.
Share weekly quality reports with the management team, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
Suggest process improvements to enhance plant quality and packing standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in plants quality control, operations, or a similar role (experience in horticulture or plant care is an added advantage).
Strong observation skills with the ability to identify quality issues from photos.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of indoor plant care, growth patterns, and problem identification.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
