About Us
ABHIGYAN Physiocare & Rehab is a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre focused on evidence-based treatment, ethical care, and continuous improvement. We work across Ortho, Neuro, Sports, and Elder care and aim to build long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Assess and treat patients effectively using approved physiotherapy protocols
- Deliver quality hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans in coordination with senior physiotherapists
- Maintain proper documentation of treatments and outcomes
Patient Communication
- Explain conditions, treatment plans, and recovery timelines clearly to patients and caregivers
- Build trust through empathetic, ethical, and transparent communication
- Encourage adherence to treatment plans without being pushy
Home Visits
- Conduct home physiotherapy sessions when required
- Ensure professional conduct, safety, and treatment quality during home visits
Clinic Growth & Support
- Support clinic growth through:
- Patient education
- Conversion of consultations into treatment plans ethically
- Assist in retention and follow-ups of existing patients
Social Media & Outreach
- Support content creation such as:
- Short videos, patient education clips, exercise demos
- Testimonials (with consent)
- Participate in awareness camps, workshops, and community initiatives
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Kannada is an added advantage)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the organisation
- Comfortable working in both clinic and home-visit settings
