About PRVNTPRVNT is a physician-led preventive health and longevity membership. Rather than treating illness after it appears, we measure deeply, interpret continuously, and help members act early — combining diagnostics, genomics, wearable data, physician interpretation, health coaching and care coordination into one year-round program.
We are building the clinical and content backbone of the brand. This is a founding-team environment: fast-moving, hands-on, and varied. You will not be doing one thing all day.
The RoleWe are hiring an early-career doctor to be the medical engine room beneath our senior clinical leadership. You will support clinical research, partnership conversations, content credibility, and care operations — while carrying a small panel of members under supervision. It is a genuine all-rounder role for someone who wants breadth, ownership of execution, and a front-row seat to building a health company.
This is an assist-and-execute role, not a govern-and-own one. Anything that carries clinical or legal accountability — final protocols, medical claims, member care decisions — is reviewed and signed off by the Supervising Physician. Your job is to make that person, and the wider team, faster and better.
What You'll DoClinical — your own members (under supervision)- Carry a small panel of members, managing routine consultations, follow-ups and check-ins under the supervising physician's oversight.
- Prepare member health summaries: collate diagnostics, genomics, wearable and symptom data into a clear picture for physician review.
- Draft personalized protocols and lifestyle plans for senior sign-off before they reach the member.
- Coordinate with health coaches to make sure plans are actually implemented and adherence is tracked.
Research & Development (medical)- Run literature reviews and summarize current evidence on biomarkers, longevity interventions, genomics, wearables and preventive protocols.
- Draft and maintain clinical protocols, assessment templates and care pathways for the service lines (Men, Women, Geriatric/NRI parent care, Privilege) — all for senior review.
- Help define which tests, panels and add-ons go into each program, with the evidence to justify them.
- Track outcomes data (baseline vs. follow-up) and help turn it into something we can show members and partners.
Business Development (medical support)- Join partner, clinic and lab conversations as the in-room medical voice — explaining the clinical model accurately to non-clinical and clinical counterparts.
- Prepare medically accurate materials for BD: capability summaries, partner decks, lab/diagnostic comparison sheets.
- Help evaluate potential diagnostic, lab and specialist partners on clinical quality, not just commercials.
- Boundary: You support and inform deals; you do not commit PRVNT to clinical claims or partnerships without senior sign-off.
Content & credibility- Fact-check and medically vet marketing content, social posts, landing pages and campaigns before they go live.
- Draft doctor-led explainer content (scripts, carousels, FAQs) for senior physician review and on-camera delivery.
- Flag any claim that risks non-compliance with India's advertising and health-claims rules (e.g. Drugs & Magic Remedies Act, ASCI) and data-consent norms (DPDP Act) — escalating to the supervising physician and compliance.
Care operations- Help build and refine the operational backbone: scheduling, lab logistics, specialist routing, follow-up cadences and member records.
- Support care coordination across members and their families, including NRI families coordinating care for parents in India.
Who You AreEssential- Qualification: MBBS (or equivalent), with valid state/national medical registration.
- Experience: 0–3 years post-qualification. Recent graduates with strong interest in preventive/longevity medicine are welcome.
- Clinical reasoning: Sound fundamentals and the judgment to know what to escalate rather than decide alone.
- Communication: Can explain complex medical ideas in plain, warm language — to members, to a marketing team, and in a partner meeting.
- Writing: Genuinely good written English; comfortable drafting protocols, summaries and content.
- Range: Comfortable switching between clinical, research, content and commercial work in the same day.
- Rigor: Evidence-first instinct; able to read a paper and separate what's proven from what's hype.
Nice to have- Interest or background in preventive medicine, endocrinology, internal medicine, sports/lifestyle medicine, or public health.
- Familiarity with wearables, biomarkers, genomics or digital health tools.
- Exposure to startups, health content, or working with marketing/BD teams.
- Awareness of Indian medical advertising and data-privacy regulations.
