• Responsible for accurate OP and IP billing as per approved tariffs, packages, and clinical documentation
• Prepare, process, and submit insurance claims for cashless and reimbursement cases within TAT
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, TPAs, and insurance companies for billing and authorization
• Verify patient eligibility, policy coverage, pre-authorizations, exclusions, and approvals
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, insurance guidelines, and statutory requirements
• Identify, correct, and prevent billing errors, discrepancies, and revenue leakages
• Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely approval and settlement
• Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and insurance processes
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit-ready files
• Support revenue optimization while ensuring transparency and patient satisfaction
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Preferred experience of 1 year into Hospital OP/IP Billing and Insurance. Freshers with good communication skill can apply.
