Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate specializing in Patents, based in Noida. The Associate will handle tasks such as drafting and reviewing patent applications, ensuring patentability evaluations and patent prosecution. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be essential for delivering tailored patent solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in drafting Patent Applications in the computer sciences and allied domains
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Patent Prosecution and Patentability assessments
- Comprehensive understanding of Patent Law and its applications
- Qualification in science, engineering, and law domain, with a focus on intellectual property considered an asset
