About the Team:
The Partner Support team helps the organization in data-driven decision making for its grant-making and grant management functions. They are part of the enablers function which supports other teams on processes, data as well philanthropy partners on organization registrations, reports, request timelines and technical difficulties. The team is also responsible for short-term projects driven by organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Grant cycle management through the online tool -
- Pipeline management: this includes completing the organization registration process on the tool, assigning proposals to appropriate themes, reviewing partner documents, sharing timely reminders to team members and partners for task completion and updating the tool as required.
- Overall grant operations management: this includes supporting internal teams with post-approval processes through periodic follow-ups for ensuring the grant management tool is updated, uploading information and managing partner documentation as needed.
- Data management: Providing data analysis support as per user need (from individual requirement till leadership reporting) by maintaining data integrity on the grant management tool through periodic data clean ups and other value-additions.
2. Own the user experience [for internal teams and partners]
- Contribute to simpler, user-friendly interfaces by identifying improvement areas in current set-ups, improving documentation templates, creating audio-visual guides in multiple languages, regular two-way communication, etc.
- Improve the turnaround / response time for organization registrations, using automatic / better tools for data management & analysis, use of helpline, digital options for partner interactions etc.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline the process from NGO registration to Partner relationship.
3. Support other initiatives
- Explore new tools to simplify internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to data and content requirements within Program Office, as required.
- Engage in new initiatives and provide cross-functional & cross-entity coordination, as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 2 – 4 years’ experience in data related jobs with proficiency in advanced Excel, word, powerpoint & ERP systems preferred; Work experience within social sector preferred
- Genuine interest in working with data and customer experience is needed
- Verbal & written communication skills is a must – Language proficiency in English and Hindi is important
- Ability to learn quickly without structured guidance, coordinate swiftly & follow up with diverse teams, and navigating well through uncertainty and tight timelines is core to this work.
- Ability to work with external stakeholders such as partners and vendors directly, communicate succinctly, maintain confidentiality and manage timelines.
