Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Partner at The Filey Legal, located in Hyderabad. The Associate Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading legal cases, and providing expert advice to clients. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, supervising junior associates, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. The Associate Partner will collaborate with a team to develop strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
- Strong skills in client relationship management, leadership, and team collaboration
- Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage and supervise junior associates effectively
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and use of legal technology tools
- Minimum educational qualification of a degree in law (LLB or higher)
- Relevant certifications and memberships with recognized legal bodies are a plus
