Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Partner role based in Ahmedabad. The Associate Partner will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, understanding their real estate needs, and providing advisory support across residential, commercial, and investment opportunities. The role includes conducting site visits, coordinating with developers, presenting project options, and negotiating terms that align with client budgets and goals. The Associate Partner will actively generate and qualify leads, maintain an updated pipeline, and participate in marketing and promotional activities to expand business reach. Daily tasks also include preparing proposals, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking transactions through closure, and ensuring a high-quality, transparent client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, consultation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and align with client budgets and objectives.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets in Ahmedabad, including new projects, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining project details, pricing, and terms clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and site visits, maintain accurate records, and follow a structured, process-driven approach to execution.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with strong ethical standards, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM or tracking systems for leads, client interactions, and transaction documentation.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory is highly preferred; experience in related industries such as banking, housing finance, or high-value B2C sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to a performance-driven, collaborative environment.
