Associate Partner – Design & Projects
Location: Odisha | Company: Decorous
Decorous is looking for an experienced Architect / Interior Designer who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and help build a growing interior design and construction company from the ground up.
This is not a routine job opening.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a partner, leads like an owner, and wants to create long-term impact with us.
Role Overview
The selected person will lead the complete design function at Decorous and work closely with the founder to shape the company’s design vision, execution standards, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to execution
- Handle client discussions, design presentations, and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams
- Ensure design quality, detailing, and execution excellence
- Help build design processes, systems, and standards for the company
- Contribute to business growth through strong client handling and project leadership
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in architecture / interior design
- Good understanding of site execution and project coordination
- Confident in handling clients independently
- Ability to take responsibility and lead a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
- Prior experience in premium residential, commercial, or developer projects will be an advantage
