- Attention to detail, good follow up skills, ability to take initiative and exhibit good judgment· Ability to “multi-task” and excellent customer service orientationEducation· University degree requiredLanguage and Communication· At a minimum, should be able to communicate (verbal and written) in American business English supported with full customer understanding Accent neutral· Ability to understand language nuances, intonation, accent and inference in spoken and written word in language of support in a manner satisfactory to Ryder· Microsoft Office proficiency· Intermediate Microsoft Excel user
