The Team
S&P Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Compliance Services team. The role will support routine data reconciliation, compliance monitoring, and operational activities across client CLO portfolios managed under the Compliance Services platform.
The analyst will work closely with internal teams, trustees, and service delivery managers to ensure accurate reporting, timely issue resolution, and a high standard of client service.
The Impact
The Compliance Services platform continues to experience strong growth across both existing and new client relationships. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational accuracy, effective reconciliation processes, and seamless client delivery within a fast-paced and specialized CLO environment.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in structured finance, CLO operations, compliance monitoring, and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine reconciliation of key portfolio and reporting data against trustee reports and internal systems
- Investigate and resolve data variances and reporting discrepancies
- Review monthly compliance test results and identify exceptions or breaks
- Monitor cash activity, reserve accounts, and transaction processing to ensure operational accuracy
- Support resolution of client and trustee queries related to collateral data and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and process completion
- Assist with reporting, metrics preparation, and ad-hoc operational projects
- Maintain high accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines and SLAs
Basic Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in financial services, operations, banking, or investment-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to leveraged loans, CLOs, structured finance, or reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of Wall Street Office (WSO) or similar financial platforms is a plus
- Prior internship or experience in banking, operations, or financial reporting preferred
Communication & Teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Client-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
