Associate II – HR Operations
Work location: Hyderabad
Experince: 2-4 Years Shift:12.00 Pm –9.00 PM
Responsibilities
- Conducting full cycle onboarding and offboarding process
- Conducting employee lifecycle changes
- Ensuring qualitative data records(Excel) management and proper management of the contractual fields
- Checks for Onboarding and Offboarding employees within our HR and IT ensure grating/deactivation of access following start/end dates
- Ensuring company frameworks and approval process is followed
- Completing background check process
- Assisting in letter generation for various HR processes
- Supporting the delivery of other HR processes across various locations
- Prepare periodic HR reports, headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.
- Working on Process/ Policy Documentation
Qualifications
PG: MBA(Preferred)
UG: Any Graduate
