Associate Nutritionist – Account Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/Flexible) Compensation: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (CTC)

We’re now looking for a Nutritionist–Account Manager to elevate client relationships and drive their success.
📋 Role Overview:
As a Nutritionist–Account Manager, you’ll be the guiding voice in each client’s HealthyChef journey. You’ll craft personalized meal plans, build relationships through consistent communication, and ensure each client feels motivated, supported, and aligned with their goals.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Plan Creation & Management Use our proprietary meal planning system to design customized nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals, preferences, and health needs.
- Personalization & Adjustments Monitor dietary feedback, lab reports, or preferences—and adjust meal plans accordingly.
- Weekly Client Check-ins Conduct scheduled calls to review progress, collect feedback, and make informed modifications to plans.
- Client Experience & Retention Build rapport and maintain a high-touch, empathetic client experience rooted in professionalism and genuine care.
- Operations Coordination Work closely with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure precise execution—no missed meals or incorrect customizations.
- Client Renewals & Revenue Growth Counsel existing clients on the benefits of renewing or upgrading their plans. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell add-ons like snacks, snack boxes, or premium meal bundles.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in nutrition consulting, account management, or client-facing roles (meal plans a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Empathetic, patient, and outcome-oriented
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working with digital tools (meal planning software, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
- Passionate about nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices
