Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in New Delhi for an Associate Merchandiser. The Associate Merchandiser will be responsible for daily coordination with clients and suppliers, assisting in product merchandising and order management, and supporting sales strategies to meet business goals. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients and partners.
- Experience or a good understanding of Sales and Retail practices in the textile or related industry.
- Basic Marketing knowledge to support brand initiatives and product promotions.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient merchandising operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, inventory management systems, and other relevant tools is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
