Job Description
As an Associate - Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the marketplace platform with the accessories category to drive growth and optimize user experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at facilitating transactions, attracting new sellers, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller relationships and onboarding processes to ensure a diverse and robust marketplace.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Implement strategies to attract new sellers and increase product assortment on the platform.
- Optimize search algorithms and filters to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy marketing campaigns that promote marketplace growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track marketplace health and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve disputes and customer issues in a timely and effective manner to uphold the marketplace's reputation.
