About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to support and drive marketing initiatives across the various brands of Accumax Group. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of scientific understanding and marketing acumen, with the ability to contribute to brand building, market development, and customer engagement in the life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands of Accumax group • Support go-to-market planning and campaign execution • Analyze market trends, competition and customer insights
Content & Digital Marketing • Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms • Manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement • Coordinate creation of technical and marketing content (brochures, blogs, videos)
Branding & Communication • Support brand positioning and branding initiatives across global markets • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels
KOL & Customer Engagement • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Events & Field Marketing • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows and roadshows • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event success
Marketing Collateral Management • Manage catalogs, brochures, and product documentation • Ensure timely updates and alignment with brand guidelines
Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience :
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Applied Sciences
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Product Management, or Marketing (preferably in life sciences industry)
• Strong understanding of laboratory products and scientific applications (preferred) Key Skills
