The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms helping shape the brand as we scale. Sounds like you? Read on.
What we are looking for in the role:
- Daily execution of CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Emails & In-app messages) via CleverTap MoEngage
- Building and monitoring automated user journeys
- Copywriting & A/B testing of campaign copies
- Pulling daily/weekly performance reports (Open rates, CTRs)
- PR support - media tracking, press kits, media outreach & drafting press releases
Ideal Candidate:
- Creative with a strong eye for detail and consistency
- Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across functions
- Brand-conscious and eager to grow in a scaling NBFC/Fintech environment
- Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and campaign ideation
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or English (preferred)
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of AI tools and content generation to AI
- Strong writing & short-form copywriting skills
- Ability to manage a campaign calendar and meet deadlines
