- Coordination and hand holding of referral patients care/services and providing feedback to referral doctors on a day-to-day basis.
- Periodically analyze MIS reports to identify trends, draw insights, and provide inputs for marketing initiatives.
- Analyze advertising and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
- Prepare and analyze reports in Salesforce and track consultant visits.
- Coordinate consultant visits and support patient care activities.
- Maintain documentation of external doctors as per hospital policies.
- Handle financial transactions and payments related to external consultants in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate internally with the Market Access team for all required operational support.
- Follow up on Medical Service Payouts, invoices, discharge summaries, and thank-you letters within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate and support patient care/services while ensuring regular feedback is shared with referral doctors.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to support strategies for increasing market share.
- Update daily activities and reports in Salesforce and seek guidance whenever required.
- Generate, maintain, and present accurate MIS reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation of all assigned activities.
Qualifications
MBA Marketing/ Any Graduate
Must have skills
- Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and business data.
Good to have skills
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- nowledge of referral management and hospital marketing processes.
- Understanding of data quality, validation, and audit processes.
