Role & Responsibilities
- Support and stabilize Yarn Dyed (YD) and Indigo weaving preparatory processes
- Supervise shift operations across all preparatory departments
- Ensure optimal performance in the following processes:
- Rewinding
- Direct Warping
- Sectional Warping
- Sizing
- Manage and allocate manpower efficiently during shifts
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to standards
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues promptly
