Purpose/Objective


The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role at Adani, responsible for attracting top talent to drive the growth and success of our operations at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a key member of the HR team, the specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities of Role


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the group.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as an employer of choice in the Airports industry.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
