About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our 2-member Academy Team. This is a high-impact "Supply-Side" role where you will bridge the gap between our partner academies and our students. You aren't just managing relationships; you are building the supply engine that powers Yuno Learning.
Core Responsibilities
- Growth & Onboarding: Identify and pitch to high-potential academies; lead them through the full lifecycle from first contact to "Go-Live."
- Supply Strategy: Analyze demand-side data to decide which new courses or categories we should launch next.
- Partner Enablement: Create walkthrough videos, lead training sessions, and pitch marketing support (Webinars) to help partners succeed.
- Operations & Support: Act as the bridge between trainers and our internal QA/Tech teams to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor pricing and offerings to ensure Yuno remains the top choice for learners.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in Partnerships, Sales, or EdTech Operations.
- Leadership: Experience (or strong potential) to lead a small team.
- Communication: You should be a "people person" who can pitch a vision and handle difficult technical conversations with ease.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at what students want (Demand) and find the right partners to fill that gap (Supply).
