About The Role
We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving professional to manage central sales initiatives, drive data/MIS, and ensure seamless execution across teams. This role demands someone who is highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Programs manage all central sales initiatives end-to-end — planning, coordination, tracking, and timely execution across teams.
- Own MIS, trackers, and data hygiene, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
- Maintain and update central dashboards, ensuring structured, reliable information flow to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, tech, ops) to drive alignment and unblock dependencies.
- Handle multiple fast-moving workstreams with strong prioritization, documentation, and follow-through.
- Prepare high-quality presentations & summaries for business reviews and leadership discussions.
Job Requirements/Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience in program management, sales operations, PMO, strategy support, or analytics.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (must).
- Strong data orientation — ability to convert raw data into structured views and insights.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to move fast and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Someone who is structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment with changing priorities.
