Associate Manager / Senior Manager - Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation, with experience in AI operations analysis and decision-making systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the AI team in developing and implementing AI solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop AI-based solutions.
- Design and implement AI decision-making systems to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain AI/ML models to improve application hosting operations (AHO) and drive results orientation.
- Analyse AI operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement intelligent automation solutions to improve business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
- Strong background in AI operations analysis and decision-making systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models to improve application hosting operations (AHO).
- Results orientation and ability to drive business growth and improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
