Job Description
As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP Ariba Spend Analysis practice. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage Spend Analysis projects, working closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of Spend Analysis solutions, enabling organizations to gain valuable insights into their enterprise spend and make informed strategic sourcing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP Ariba Spend Analysis projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct thorough business requirements analysis and translate client needs into technical specifications.
- Configure and implement Spend Analysis solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented Spend Analysis systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Spend Analysis and SAP Ariba solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic advice.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Spend Analysis consulting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Spend Analysis tools and functionalities.
- Experience in leading and managing complex Spend Analysis projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific best practices and trends in Spend Analysis.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
- Certifications in SAP Ariba solutions or related fields are highly preferred.
