Overview
The Associate Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources across various projects and departments. They will work closely with project managers, team leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing resource management strategies and processes
- Monitoring and analyzing resource utilization and performance
- Collaborating with project managers and team leaders to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Identifying and addressing resource constraints and bottlenecks
- Providing regular updates and reports on resource status and performance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to resource management
Required Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in resource management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools, Adobe Workfront a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
