Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Associate Manager - QC (Quality Control). The Associate Manager will oversee quality control operations to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality procedures, supervising routine testing, analyzing product quality data, managing documentation, maintaining compliance with national and international regulations, and providing support during audits. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve quality issues and driving continuous improvement in quality management processes.
Qualifications
- Quality Control and Assurance skills, including expertise in analytical testing, sampling techniques, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including national and international standards for pharmaceuticals or natural medicines.
- Experience in documentation management, data analysis, and report generation related to quality assurance practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide QC teams effectively.
- Proficiency in laboratory tools, equipment, and quality systems with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and regulators.
- Good understanding of Unani, Ayurveda, or herbal medicine formulations is highly advantageous.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
