What you become a part of:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, brand visibility, and market penetration for diagnostic services, particularly pathology.
This role requires hands-on, specialist experience in diagnostics, with a strong understanding of pathology test portfolios, clinical workflows, and healthcare customer segments.
What to expect:
- Act as a subject-matter expert in pathology marketing, with understanding of Clinical pathology, histopathology, molecular diagnostics, and specialty testing.
- Develop and implement pathology marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support launch and promotion of routine, specialized, and advanced pathology tests and profiles.
- Translate complex diagnostic offerings into clear, compliant, and effective marketing messages.
- Develop scientific and marketing content such as brochures, test menus, presentations, case studies, and digital assets.
- Design tools and campaigns to support field teams, key accounts, and channel partners.
- Drive demand generation initiatives across B2B and B2C segments, including hospitals, clinics, doctors, labs, corporates, and consumers.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs within the diagnostics and pathology space.
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Use data and feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including medical affairs, operations, quality, and compliance.
Essential qualifications & experience:
- MBA/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience in diagnostics, with mandatory exposure to pathology.
