About the Role
Role is responsible for all Medical Education and Training activities. Education programs cover all clinical and technical aspects of product portfolio as well as competitive systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Work on and manage the Medical Education Activities for the year effectively in collaboration with the key stakeholder functions as well as planning newer formats of engagement in line with market.
- Ensuring timely and regular availability of Medical Education Course related brochures and documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to design and deliver Medical Education based projects on time based on the company’s strategic objectives and goals.
- Co-ordination with speakers the including the Due Diligence and related screening and contracts related to Medical Education programs. Manages the speakers and related logistics for various courses and workshops.
- Ensuring the Medical Education activities and Speaker content are in lines with regional and global compliance policies
- Identify and Onboard facilities and training centers for conducting Medical Education Activities, including, Bioskills development workshops on animal jaws, human cadaver or live patients.
- Leads regular sync meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate key product development activities across the business
- Manages product training priorities and roadmap through collaboration with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Training customers on approved protocols of safe and effective use of ZimVie Products
- Sales team’s training on products and treatment protocols.
- Field work with sales team, where require understanding the training needs of market and design/customize workshops
- Represent ZimVie in conferences, booths, demo tables and other customer facing events
- Collaborates with ZimVie Marketing to adapt and update product launch projects, social media promotions, clinical compendiums and others as needed.
- Collaborates with ZimVie Finance to assess and evaluate the feasibility of running approved programs within the local approved budget and guidelines. Including annual budget submissions and expense tracking
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Education / Experience Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry.
- Relevant clinical experience in Oral Implantology.
- Minimum 3-4 years of industry experience in Dental Sales and Business Development, experience in the MedEd from dental industry, and a marketing degree would be a plus/ value add.
Desired Skillsets:
- Experience in handling HCPs as contracted speakers
- Designing and executing courses end to end
- Strong technical expertise and product knowledge
- Strong team connect and Sales team training – Joint field work with team on a regular basis
- Co-ordination across function for various key tasks related to education, speakers and training needs
- Basic Skills MS Office, Canva preferred
Travel Requirements
30-40% - primarily own region and occasionally PAN India
