Role Description
The Associate Manager/Manager Human Resource | HR Operations will oversee HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding processes, payroll management, compliance, and performance management initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida, requiring close collaboration with multiple teams to support employee life-cycle management and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Employee Onboarding, Offboarding, and End-to-End HR operations
- Proficiency in Payroll Management and HR Compliance
- Expertise in Policy Development, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Performance Management and HR Analytics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's in HR or related discipline is a plus.
