Role Description
The Associate Manager - Learning & Development (L&D) will oversee the design, implementation, and management of training programs to foster employee growth and development. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, developing comprehensive learning strategies, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to track program effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with teams to identify skill gaps, facilitating training sessions, and enhancing team engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role located at the Bangalore Urban office.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training & Development and Training delivery techniques
- Proficiency in Learning Management and designing impactful learning programs
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and fostering collaboration
- Ability to analyze training needs and align initiatives with organizational goals
- Exposure to the wellness, Ayurveda, or healthcare industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; certifications in L&D or training methodologies are a plus
