Job Purpose
Supports the FMS Head with day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or Office including, general maintenance and helps to ensure these are carried out in a manner consistent with company policies and ownership directives.

Key Accountabilities
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Supports the FMS head in implementation and management of
all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior
conditions and appearance of the facilities.

- Quality Helps compile information necessary to ensure all site-specific
documentation and reports are completed accurately and on
time.
No. of
reports/meetings Helps prepare financial reports (monthly and quarterly),
contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the
facility(s) or complex as directed.

- Survey and feedbacks Expected to be thoroughly familiar with the management
contract, vendor agreements, and other building/facility
contracts and all requirements contained therein.
- Procurement of Assets through SAP.
- Processing of Bills of the vendors.
Coordination with Finance for Payments of vendors
and capturing in control sheet.
Maintaining of database on PR to PO control sheet for
all assets bought through SAP

Education Qualifications
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5-6 years of experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience of managing the F&B and Cafeteria services in large / mid-scale set-up.
Qualification: Graduation,Preferrably in Hotel Management
