We're Hiring | Associate Manager – GRC & AI Governance
📍 Location: Bangalore | 🕒 Full-Time | 📈 8+ Years
At @Mitigata, you won't just audit AI risk on paper. You'll build the governance that lets businesses deploy AI safely: ISO 42001 implementations, AI risk & impact assessments, and Responsible AI put into practice.
If you've actually implemented ISO/IEC 42001 — not just trained on it — this one's for you.
What we're looking for:
🔹 8+ years in GRC, Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance
🔹 Hands-on ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and/or audit
🔹 Practical, hands-on ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (AI Management System) implementation
🔹 Experience running AI Risk & AI Impact Assessments
🔹 Skilled in policies, controls, SoA, audits, CAPA & certification-readiness
🔹 Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 23894, GDPR & India's DPDP Act
🔹 Strong client-facing, stakeholder & report-writing skills
Nice to have:
🔸 ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor
🔸 CISA / CISM / CRISC / CISSP or a privacy cert (CIPP/E, CIPM)
