Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across **Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra** (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and equivalent formats).
- Manage quick commerce ad campaigns on **Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket Now** — including budget pacing, keyword/SKU strategy, and creative rotation.
- Own monthly and annual budget allocation across platforms, with clear accountability on ROAS, incrementality, and category share-of-voice.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, search term mining, and competitive benchmarking.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards; deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews to client and agency stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and catalog teams for ad assets and listing optimization.
- Identify growth levers — new ad formats, beta features, audience strategies, and platform-specific opportunities — and run structured A/B tests.
- Maintain a tight cadence with client stakeholders; act as the on-ground performance marketing point person for VIP.

Must-Haves
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce paid media for D2C / brand accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of managing **annual search ad budgets of ₹50 Cr+** on ecommerce platforms.
- Deep, hands-on expertise on **Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads**; working proficiency on **Myntra** ad platform.
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on **quick commerce platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now**.
- Strong analytical skills — fluent in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable with pivot tables, large datasets, and platform reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication — this role requires direct client interaction at senior levels.
- Comfortable working on-site at client office and engaging directly with client stakeholders day to day.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or travel/luggage categories.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce funnel support.
- Exposure to attribution models, MMM, or incrementality testing frameworks.
