ABOUT ENKI
Enki Studio is a B2B brand strategy and creative agency for companies that refuse to be boring in categories that usually are. We work across telecom, SaaS, real estate and enterprise technology, bringing strategy, content, design, video and digital delivery together.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, hands-on project manager who can lead SEO and AIO accounts with confidence, understand what makes social media work, and see how every digital channel contributes to the larger marketing objective.
You will own delivery, but you will also be expected to exercise judgment. That means reading an SEO audit and spotting the weak logic, questioning a content recommendation that has no search intent behind it, recognising when a social calendar is busy but strategically empty, and explaining the way forward to a client without hiding behind the specialist team.
This is project management with a digital brain.
YOUR PRIORITIES
- SEO AND AIO : Lead organic-search accounts from diagnosis to execution. Connect technical SEO, content, authority and AI-led discovery into one coherent plan.
- SOCIAL MEDIA : Oversee strategy, calendars, campaigns and reporting with a sharp eye on audience, platform behaviour, brand voice and performance.
- DIGITAL MARKETING : Understand the wider ecosystem (websites, content, analytics, paid media, email and conversion journeys) well enough to manage integrated work and ask the questions that matter.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Own SEO and AIO delivery end to end. Turn business goals into roadmaps, sprint plans, clear responsibilities and measurable outcomes across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content, authority building, local search and visibility in AI-generated answers.
Interrogate the strategy. Review keyword and intent mapping, audits, content briefs, internal-linking plans, schema recommendations, reporting and AIO experiments before they reach the client. You do not need to execute every task, but you must know when the work is shallow, disconnected or simply wrong.
Run social media workstreams with context. Guide channel strategy, campaign planning, content calendars, community considerations and performance reviews. Ensure that ideas are platform-aware, brand-right and tied to a purpose beyond filling the grid.
Manage integrated digital projects. Scope work, build timelines, allocate resources, track dependencies, control change requests and keep budgets and delivery health visible across SEO, social, content, website and campaign assignments.
Lead the client conversation. Own meetings, reviews and difficult conversations on active accounts. Translate specialist thinking into plain language, defend sound recommendations and bring decisions to closure.
Connect the specialists. Keep strategists, writers, designers, developers and analysts aligned so that the hand-offs do not quietly murder the idea—or the deadline.
Report what matters. Move reporting beyond rankings and vanity metrics. Connect visibility, qualified traffic, engagement, conversions and business signals; surface risks, insights and next actions clearly.
Stay ahead of the shift. Track changes in search engines, AI discovery, content formats and social platforms, and turn relevant developments into practical recommendations for clients and the studio.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
SEO deeply enough to lead it. You understand technical, on-page, off-page and content-led SEO; search intent; keyword strategy; crawling and indexing; site architecture; internal linking; structured data; page experience; authority; and the logic behind an organic growth plan.
AIO beyond the acronym. You understand how answer engines and generative search are changing discovery, and how strong content structure, entity clarity, authority, citations, schema and measurement can improve a brand’s chances of being found and referenced. You can distinguish responsible experimentation from fashionable guesswork.
Social media beyond posting. You understand audience behaviour, content pillars, formats, platform nuances, community, campaign thinking, social listening and the relationship between organic and paid distribution.
The broader digital landscape. You can hold a credible conversation about websites and CMS platforms, analytics, conversion journeys, email, paid campaigns and content marketing—and know when a specialist needs to enter the room.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
4–7 years of relevant experience, with meaningful responsibility across digital marketing projects or client delivery.
Agency experience is strongly preferred, because priorities move, feedback arrives late and calm judgment matters more than a pristine tracker.
Demonstrable ownership of SEO accounts, including strategy, execution governance and performance reviews. Exposure to AIO, answer-engine optimisation, generative search or AI-search visibility is highly valuable.
Working experience with social media accounts, from strategy and calendar governance to campaign delivery and reporting.
Comfort with common tools, such as Google Search Console, GA4, keyword and crawling platforms, Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tools, social scheduling and analytics platforms, and project-management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex work clear without making it simplistic.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR ENKI
You are organised, but not bureaucratic. Curious enough to challenge a recommendation, commercially aware enough to protect scope, and calm enough to handle an awkward client call without turning it into a five-person escalation. You care about the quality of the work as much as the neatness of the tracker.
We would rather meet someone who has led real accounts, learned from a few uncomfortable dashboards and can explain why a strategy will work than someone who knows every digital acronym but has never owned the outcome.
