Job details:
CredResolve
At CredResolve, we’re building a more intelligent collections infrastructure. The intelligence layer that sits between strategy and execution. The system that tells you WHO to call, WHICH channel to use, WHEN to reach them, and WHAT actually worked.
You'll own how the recovery strategy gets designed, executed, tracked, and improved – not from a dashboard three layers removed, but directly inside the system where decisions happen.
What you’ll actually do
You won't be writing PowerPoints about collection strategy. You'll be IN collections strategy - building it, breaking it, fixing it, scaling it with ruthless execution.
The core work:
Play along with collections teams executing across digital, calling, and AI bot channels. You'll work directly with callers, field agents, ops managers, and automation systems to ensure strategy translates into execution.
Design segmentation logic for routing accounts across digital, calling, field, and AI bot channels. Monitor recovery funnels in real-time and identify where liquidation is leaking. Build execution plans for callers, ops teams, and automation systems.
Create strategies for PTP follow-ups, settlement campaigns, non-contactable cases, broken promises, and high-risk buckets. Work with tech and product to improve AI voice systems (IVR, bots) by identifying failure patterns and customer objections.
Analyse customer behaviour patterns across DPD buckets, repayment probability, and response history. Run experiments constantly – different timings, scripts, routing logic, and channels.
Track what matters: connect rates, PTP conversion, liquidation percentage, field efficiency, and burn vs recovery.
Who Should Apply
Experience: 2 - 4 years in collections, recovery ops, lending operations, or fintech portfolio strategy.
You'll thrive here if:
✓ You've worked in collections or recovery operations - you know what DPD buckets, liquidation metrics, and PTP conversion actually mean
✓ You can look at raw data and spot what's breaking - not just run reports, but figure out WHY connect rates dropped or PTPs aren't converting
✓ You understand multi-channel execution – how dialers, disposition systems, IVRs, field allocation, and campaign workflows actually work
✓ You've handled operational scale – managing teams, coordinating across channels, or running high-volume recovery operations
✓ You can work with product and tech teams without jargon-heavy nonsense - you explain problems clearly and push for solutions that work
✓ You think in systems, not isolated tasks – you see how caller scripts, segmentation logic, field routing, and AI voice systems connect
You’ve probably spent around 2 to 4 years working in collections, lending operations, recovery strategy,
Helpful (not mandatory): if your operational thinking is strong.
SQL, dashboard tools, segmentation models, workflow automation
Exposure to AI/ML-driven collections or voice automation systems
Who Thrives Here
You take ownership before being asked.
You notice gaps fast and point them out immediately (not three meetings later).
You care about numbers, but you also understand the human behaviour behind those numbers.
You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. 'Early stage' means priorities shift
fast, systems break, and clients escalate, but recovery targets still need to move.
You like solving operational problems in real time instead of endlessly discussing them on slides.
You're not afraid to say "this won't work" when you see a bad strategy - and then propose what will.
What You Get
Ownership: You're not executing someone else's playbook. You're building the playbook.
Impact: You'll see your strategies move recovery rates within days, not quarters.
Learning: a front-row seat to building modern collections infrastructure - fintech operations, recovery strategy, automation, AI voice systems, and product design.
Team: People who care about outcomes more than hierarchy. No bullshit, no politics.
Challenge: Real problems. Hard constraints. Messy data. Tight deadlines.
Location: Gurugram
Team: Digital Collections Strategy & Operations
