About the Role:
As an Associate Manager - Batch Operations, you will lead batch operations to ensure seamless execution, accurate content management, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining batch quality, and enhancing overall student experience while managing and guiding the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Uploading & Management:
- Oversee and ensure accurate uploading of content including:
- Lecture videos
- Class notes
- DPPs
- Test papers
- Ensure all content is uploaded on time with high accuracy.
- Review and validate content quality and completeness before publishing.
Tracker & Reporting Management:
- Supervise maintenance and regular updates of operational trackers.
- Monitor batch performance and daily health reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of batch activities.
Communication & Coordination:
- Lead coordination with Central Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all assigned batches.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Batch Managers.
- Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure team productivity.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to drive team efficiency and growth.
