Job Title: Associate Manager – Healthcare Sales
Location: Bangalore, India
Department: Healthcare Sales
Reporting To: General Manager – Healthcare Sales
Purpose of the Role
The Associate Manager – Healthcare Sales will be responsible for managing the packaged healthcare gases and equipment portfolio within the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, executing strategic sales initiatives, and achieving financial and operational targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across all major accounts.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities and strategic leads into long-term partnerships.
- Drive new PSO generation as part of overall customer account management.
Customer & Territory Management
- Ensure timely submission of territory reports, sales performance updates, volume trends, and pricing analysis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure effective resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen engagement and business relationships.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with plant, distribution, and support teams to ensure uninterrupted and timely product supply.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Service, Deliver, Make, Finance, and Credit Control.
- Ensure effective cylinder management and adherence to operational best practices.
Financial & Compliance Management
- Drive timely payment collections and maintain healthy DSO performance.
- Ensure achievement of KPI targets related to revenue, pricing, collections, customer visits, new wins, safety, and asset management.
- Support compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and internal audit requirements.
Safety & Customer Engagement
- Promote and execute safety initiatives in line with organizational standards.
- Lead customer engagement activities to strengthen brand value and customer loyalty.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical business conduct in alignment with company values.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi; knowledge of local language preferred
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Biomedical preferred)
- Diploma or Management qualification will be an added advantage
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Application Sales, or Operations Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in gases sales and/or operations preferred
- Exposure to Product Management and Strategic Planning will be advantageous
- Flexibility to travel and relocate as required
