Role Description
The Associate Manager – Business Development will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating agreements with clients. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, and generating actionable insights through data analysis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and client engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating insights-driven strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience in the fuel or logistics industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
