About the Role We are looking for an Associate Manager - PR (Lifestyle) who understands the nuances of storytelling in lifestyle, luxury, and beauty ecosystems , and can drive consistent, high-impact media visibility for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong media relationships, editorial instinct, and execution ownership across lifestyle-led narratives. Key Responsibilities Lead PR strategy and execution for lifestyle, luxury, and beauty/D2C brands Build and drive story angles, media pitches, and brand narratives Own day-to-day media relations and ensure consistent coverage across top-tier publications Leverage existing journalist and editor relationships to secure meaningful placements Identify trend-led opportunities for brand visibility (seasonal, cultural, industry-led) Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of PR outcomes Mentor junior team members and oversee execution quality What We?re Looking For Must-Have 3?5 years of experience in PR (agency preferred) Strong exposure to Lifestyle, Luxury, Beauty, or D2C brands Proven media connections across: Lifestyle publications Fashion & beauty media Digital and print platforms Ability to independently build and sell stories to media Strong writing skills (pitches, notes, opinion pieces) Understanding of what makes a story media-worthy What Will Not Work Profiles with only social media / digital marketing experience Candidates with no active media relationships Execution-only profiles with no storytelling or pitching experience What Will Set You Apart Strong understanding of luxury and cultural storytelling Ability to convert brand objectives into media narratives Existing relationships with top-tier editors and journalists Experience handling founder profiling and thought leadership
