The Role
The Associate will work directly with senior leadership on live client mandates across growth strategy. commercial transformation, profitability improvement, market entry, digital growth, channel strategy, partnerships, operating model design and execution support.

Candidates Profile
Required MBA from a top business school
2 to 3 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, business transformation, growth, founder's office, investment banking, private equity portfolio operations, venture building, revenue strategy or high-growth startup roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to write clearly, commercially and persuasively
Strong business judgment and comfort with senior stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/ Gurgaon
