Role : Associale Lead Testing

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end QA across the product lifecycle (planning → release).
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to define test strategies.
- Design, execute, and manage test cases (in-sprint, regression, sanity).
- Perform testing for mobile apps (iOS, Android) and responsive web applications.
- Conduct API testing and validate integrations.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Create and maintain test plans and test documentation.
- Use tools to track QA processes and ensure visibility across teams.
- Support CI/CD workflows through version control and QA practices.
- Continuously improve QA processes and stay updated with industry best practices.
Key Must Haves
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle.
- Test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Mobile (iOS/Android) and web application testing.
- API testing (e.g., Postman, Charles Proxy).
- Bug tracking and documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
