Job Title: Associate Lead – Global Immigration
Job Level: 4B
Location: Thiruvananthapuram / Trivandrum (TVM)
Preferred Profiles: Candidates currently in TVM / Kerala or willing to relocate to TVM
Experience: 3–5 years (preferred: experience in Immigration processes)
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post‑Graduate in HR or Travel Management
Role Summary
The Associate Lead – Global Immigration (GI) will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end immigration and visa processes across multiple geographies. The role requires strong domain knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and a customer‑centric approach. The individual will work closely with internal teams, employees, consultants, and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely processing of all immigration‑related activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visa & Immigration Processing
- Manage and execute end‑to‑end visa processing for multiple countries.
- Coordinate with employees, consulates, and external partners for document collection, submission, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of country‑specific immigration rules, documentation changes, and compliance updates.
2. Legalization & Documentation
- Handle and coordinate the legalization/attestation process for required documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted for consular processing.
- Maintain strong understanding of global legalization procedures.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and HR partners to support travel, deployment, and assignment‑related needs.
- Provide immigration‑related guidance and updates to employees and stakeholders.
4. Customer & Service Orientation
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach while handling queries, escalations, and support needs.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with both internal and external customers.
5. Reporting & Documentation Management
- Track immigration cases, maintain logs, and update dashboards.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit readiness.
6. Tools & Systems
- Hands‑on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work with internal systems, trackers, and databases.
