Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Associate Lawyer located in Kochi. The Associate Lawyer will handle legal research, client consultations, drafting legal documents, and representation in High court of Kerala and subordinate courts. The role requires collaboration with senior attorneys to develop strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, as well as maintaining a strong commitment to clients' legal needs.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and litigation materials
- Experience in constitutional, civil and criminal litigation processes and courtroom representation
- Knowledge of corporate, family, IPR, and labor law
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Valid license to practice law
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and case management systems is an advantage
