Job Title: Associate KYC Compliance Officer
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 3-5Years

Key Responsibilities
- Review escalation forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation
- Validate data submitted by 1LOD teams and ensure consistency
- Return incomplete or inconsistent KYC files to relevant teams for correction
- Analyze KYC files and assess financial crime and compliance risks
- Perform due diligence and validate analysis conducted by DDT teams
- Prepare Compliance Assessment Forms and coordinate decisions with stakeholders
- Create CPL opinion proposals and liaise with onshore teams for validation
- Present cases in governance forums such as B&C and CAC
- Update KYC records in systems like Fenergo and GCARS
- Support additional compliance-related tasks as required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in AML / CFT / KYC Compliance within financial institutions
- Good understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) activities
- Knowledge of global AML regulations and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with KYC tools and screening systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CAMS / ICA or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in areas like structured finance, global markets, or correspondent banking
