We are seeking a polished and articulate professional to support investor engagement and relationship management at Sàwai Capital, a boutique investment banking and private wealth platform. The role involves managing investor communication, coordinating meetings with prospective investors, and supporting senior leadership in maintaining meaningful relationships across the private wealth ecosystem.
This position is suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset who can interact confidently with high net-worth individuals, family offices, and senior professionals. The focus of the role is on investor communication, relationship support, and meeting coordination rather than direct capital raising, within a relationship-led mandate that requires discretion, credibility, and the ability to operate comfortably within principal-level environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with HNIs, family offices, and professional investors
- Support senior team members in investor meetings, follow-ups, and communication
- Present investment opportunities and firm updates in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain regular engagement with investors through calls, meetings, and written communication
- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions
- Help ensure a high standard of client experience and professionalism in all interactions
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal presence and ability to engage confidently with senior professionals
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation for client-facing interactions
- Experience in client-facing roles within banking, wealth management, hospitality, aviation, consulting, or premium customer service preferred
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships
