Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Associate Investor Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee investor engagement by managing communication, supporting investor pitching, and maintaining a robust relationship pipeline. Responsibilities include coordinating franchise partner acquisition workflows, assisting in opportunity packaging, ensuring documentation and compliance, and participating in partner screening and negotiation processes. The Associate Investor Coordinator will contribute to structured governance and performance reviews to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship management, and investor-engagement skills
- Capability to assist with opportunity packaging, ROI evaluation, and financial framework understanding
- Skills in document oversight, compliance alignment, and audit-ready coordination
- Experience in negotiation, partner screening, and closing agreements
- Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder workflows
- Proficiency in pipeline reporting, performance review coordination, and governance mechanisms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced qualifications in the same areas are advantageous)
- Previous experience in franchising, growth partnerships, or investor relations is highly beneficial
